Kwan Woo Nam is taking his leave of the Stoddart Group at Northwestern University in order to start his independent academic career in research in Korea. He will become a full-time Professor of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at Ewha Womans University on March 1, 2021.
During his two-and-a-half years as a member of the Stoddart Group, Kwan Woo has developed and synthesized emergent materials such as redox-active macrocycles and conductive 2D metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) for aqueous rechargeable zinc batteries.
