Liu, Yutong
Undergraduate Research Intern
Yutong Liu was born and grew up in Lanzhou, a northern city in China. She is currently studying applied chemistry in Nankai University and will obtain her bachelor’s degree in 2022.
In 2019 she switched her interest from pharmacy to chemistry and joined Huabin Li’s group, working on supramolecular inclusion of PPO inhibitor herbicide. During her time as an Undergraduate Research Intern in the Stoddart Group, Liu’s research interest will be the design, synthesis and characterization of molecular machines and functional macrocycles.
