Chris was born in Coffs Harbour on the East Coast Australia in 1996. He obtained undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. He completed undergraduate research projects in natural product extraction and synthesis. Chris’s current work with the Stoddart group focuses on the synthesis and analysis of artificial molecular pumps.
