Chinnaraja was born and raised in Doddappanaickanur in Tamilnadu, India and he pursued his B.Sc., from Arul Anandar College affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University. Later on, he obtained his Master’s from Gandigram Rural Institute (Deemed University). He then completed his Ph.D., in Inorganic Materials and catalysis Division at CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, under Dr. P. S. Subramanian. He joined Professor Fraser Stoddart’s Research Palace in August 2021 and his research interest is the chiral switchable supramolecular architectures by tuning their unique chiral properties and their functional applications to asymmetric catalysis.
