Postdoctoral Fellow Yunyan Qiu has been selected as one of the five finalists to compete for the final Dream Chemistry Award organized by the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences. This award is associated with a contest in which a prize is awarded to a young scientist with a background in chemistry coming up with an idea for a scientific project in the field of chemistry or chemistry-related disciplines that she/he dreams of solving. Yunyan was selected by the Scientific Committee to receive the “Dream Chemistry Top 5” prize for his dream chemistry project entitled “Achieving the Holy Grail of Polymer Synthesis Using Catalytic Artificial Molecular Machines.” He will present his dream project to the Scientific Committee at the contest on November 30, 2020.
