Stoddart Group Reaches 1K Publication Milestone!

The Stoddart Group has accomplished the feat of reaching its 1,000^th publication in the Spring of 2013. A celebration of the achievement took place at Northwestern University on the Memorial Day weekend. A cake decorated with the number '1,000' was presented to mark this accomplishment. The milestone was made possible through the efforts of current and past group members and their dedication to developing exciting and innovative research in the fields of chemistry and molecular nanotechnology.

Gokhan Named Miller Fellow

Recent graduate student, Gokhan Barin, has been awarded a 2013–2016 Miller Research Fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley. Leah Witus awarded Postdoctoral Fellowship

Stoddart group Postdoctoral Fellow Leah Witus has been awarded a National Institutes of Health Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Awards (NRSA) for Individual Postdoctoral Fellows. Anthea to attend Lindau Meeting

Third year graduate student, Anthea Blackburn, has been selected to participate in the 63^rd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Lindau, Germany in July 2013. The meetings, held since 1951, aim to "educate, inspire, and connect scientific generations" by facilitating a unique platform for dialogue between Nobel Laureates and talented graduate students from around the world.
