Harvard Hails Albert Fahrenbach - On graduating with his PhD, Albert Fahrenbach (2008—2013) has moved to Boston to become a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Professor Jack Szostak in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University starting 1 September 2013. Albert, who made significant contributions to the development of radical mechanostereochemistry structure and mechanism, as well as to the ground–state thermodynamics and kinetics of bistable mechanically interlocked molecules, will continue his studies on the chemistry of the origins of life at Harvard, supported by an Earth–Life Science Institute Postdoctoral Fellowship in affiliation with the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. Congratulations Albert!
