Edible MOFs Grab the Headlines - Our Angewandte Chemie communication describing edible CD–MOFs has hit the headlines in a big way! The New York Times, the New Scientist, Nature Chemistry, C&E News, Discover Magazine and Science Daily have all featured the edible nanostructures, which can store gasses and small molecules whilst being fit for human consumption. The New York Times even passed our recipe along to famous chef Wylie Dufresne, who is going to "see if I can get some gamma-cyclodextrin and cook up a batch."
