Former graduate student Adam B Braunschweig accepts Assistant Professor position at NYU - Former graduate student Adam B Braunschweig (2001-2006) has accepted the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and The Molecular Design Institute at New York University (NYU) in New York City.
Adam joined the Stoddart group at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) after receiving a BA in 2001 from Cornell University where he did undergraduate research with Professor Dotsevi Y Sogah. Following the completion of his PhD at UCLA, he travelled to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to work with Professor Itamar Willner (2006-2007), after which he completed his postdoctoral research with Professor Chad A Mirkin at Northwestern University as a National Institutes of Health (NIH) Postdoctoral Fellow (2007-2010). We wish Adam well in the city so nice they named it twice...or should it be...in the university so nice they named it thrice!
