I was born in London, England, grew up in Toronto, Canada and completed my undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal. My Honours research was conducted under the direction of Professor Ashok Kakkar and involved the synthesis of dendrimers for drug delivery applications. After graduating, I spent 6 months working at a company called Henkel in Düsseldorf, Germany, on a project involving both polymer synthesis and colloidal chemistry for applications in adhesives. I joined the Stoddart group in November 2012 and am looking forward to doing research in the exciting field of mechanostereochemistry.
